Engagement Ring
An engagement ring is a ring indicating that the person wearing it is engaged to be married.
Conventionally, the woman's ring is presented as a betrothal gift by a man to his prospective spouse while he proposes marriage and
it also represents a formal agreement to future marriage.
In an ancient Egyptian and Rome, they believed the left ring finger contained a vein leading directly to the heart, if a man place a diamond ring on a woman's left ring finger, the vein of love is said to begin, from the finger to the heart. This vein was nicknamed " vena amoris".
